Since the merger of HBC International with UBC, the allocation of resources for our operations has yielded significant results. As the CEO of UBC, I would like to thank the Board and Management of HBC for their gracious act of letting the humble UBC to be part of the team.
As part of our plans to expand our operations globally, I would be heading to Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City from 22 Sep to 27 Sep 08 to explore the feasibility in setting up office there, in view of their rapid economic expansion in recent years. I would also bring back some local products for the Board and Management of HBC for their R & D.
I would table a report for the Board and the Management within a month of returning.
